What we collect, why, the third parties involved, and the rights you have over your data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Mine Marketing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use SearchItAllDay (the "Service"), available at searchitallday.com. It also describes your rights and how to exercise them. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, including under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), and Israeli privacy law.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
The controller responsible for your personal data is Mine Marketing Ltd, 3 Rav Ashi, Tel Aviv, Israel. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@searchitallday.com or through our contact form. We respond to rights requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
2. The personal data we process
- Search queries. The terms you type. These are transmitted to our search provider to return results. We do not attach your query history to an identity or build a search profile of you.
- Technical and usage data (collected automatically). Your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and date and time of access. This is generated by your use of the Service and by our hosting and security infrastructure.
- Contact form data. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, so we can respond.
- Cookies and similar technologies. As described in Section 6.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as health, race, religion, or biometric data). Please do not include sensitive personal data in a search query or a message to us.
3. Why we process it, and our legal bases
Under the GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:
- To provide the search service (return results, load the page): our legitimate interests in operating the Service, and, where you initiate a search, the performance of a service you request. Legal basis: legitimate interests / performance of a contract.
- To respond to your enquiries submitted through the contact form: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in answering you. Legal basis: legitimate interests / steps at your request.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud and bot detection, logging): our legitimate interest in protecting the Service and its users. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- To measure and improve the Service using non-essential analytics cookies: your consent. Legal basis: consent.
- To comply with legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced those interests against your rights and freedoms. You may object to that processing as described in Section 9.
4. The third parties that process data for us
We use a small number of service providers (processors) who process personal data only on our instructions and under contract. We do not sell your data to them.
- Brave Search (Brave Software, Inc.) receives your search query to return web results. See Brave's privacy policy at brave.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides our hosting, content delivery, and security layer, and in that role processes technical data such as your IP address. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers email from our contact form to us. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If we add an analytics or advertising provider in the future, we will name it here and, where required, obtain your consent first.
5. Disclosure of your data
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal data only: (a) to the processors listed above to run the Service; (b) if required by law, court order, or a lawful request by a public authority; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mine Marketing Ltd, our users, or the public; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case we will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different policy.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary cookies, required to operate and secure the Service. These do not require consent.
- Preference cookies, to remember choices such as your cookie-consent decision.
- Analytics cookies, only with your consent, to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service.
When required, we ask for your consent through a cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Service may then not work properly.
7. International transfers
We and our providers may process personal data in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, UK, or other regulated regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and equivalent mechanisms for the UK, so that your data receives an adequate level of protection.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here. Technical and security logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics and then deleted or anonymized. Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted. We retain data longer only where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
9. Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR), you have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing (including processing based on legitimate interests, and any direct marketing); data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to: know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect and the purposes; delete personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us to confirm this. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To exercise any right, email privacy@searchitallday.com or use the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track users across third-party websites or sell personal information, our practices already align with the intent of "Do Not Track" (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Where legally required to treat a GPC signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing, we honor it; as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information in any case.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date, and, for material changes, take additional steps where required. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
